PIPE & TUBE CUTTER 6-35MM TC PC635 C/W PIPE WRENCH 300MM TC602300
Features
- Rotary pipe & tube cutter (TC-PC635) Adjustable cutter designed to handle pipe diameters from 6mm up to 35mm for common plumbing sizes.
- Sharp replaceable cutting wheel Hardened cutting wheel scores and severs pipe walls cleanly for neater joints and easier deburring.
- Feed screw adjustment Easy twist adjustment brings the cutting wheel gently onto the pipe for controlled cutting pressure.
- 300mm pipe wrench (TC602300) Classic adjustable pipe wrench for gripping and turning threaded steel pipes and heavy fittings.
- Serrated jaws Aggressive jaw teeth bite into pipe surfaces for a secure, non-slip grip while tightening or loosening.
Benefits
- Cleaner pipe cuts: The rotary cutter delivers straighter, neater cuts than a hacksaw, helping compression and solder joints seal properly.
- Less effort when tightening: The 300mm wrench gives strong leverage so you can tighten or loosen stubborn threaded connections.
- Ideal for plumbing jobs: Perfect for cutting copper and similar pipes to length and then tightening the fittings on the same job.
- Compact and convenient: Two key plumbing tools in one kit make it easy to keep essential gear together in a toolbox or vehicle.
Extra Information
- The pipe cutter is suitable for copper, brass, aluminium and thin-wall steel pipes within the 6–35mm capacity range.
- Rotate the cutter around the pipe, tightening the feed screw slightly after every few turns until the pipe separates.
- The 300mm pipe wrench is ideal for gripping round surfaces such as steel pipe, fittings and valves.
- For best results, deburr the inside of freshly cut pipes before fitting them to valves or connectors.
Pro Tip
- When cutting copper pipe, tighten the cutter only a little at a time. Too much pressure in one go can distort the pipe; gentle, repeated passes produce a cleaner cut and a better sealing surface for compression and solder fittings.
