• Before applying, ensure threads are clean, dry and free from oil, grease or rust — degrease if necessary to ensure proper bonding.
• Apply a small amount to the male thread before assembly, then tighten the nut/bolt to allow the adhesive to flow and cure between threads.
• Initial handling strength is reached in about 30–60 minutes; full bond strength develops over 12–24 hours depending on thread fit and conditions.
• Not suitable for tiny screws or highly loaded structural joints — for those use light- or high-strength threadlockers respectively.
• Store with the cap tightly closed in a cool, dry place to preserve adhesive quality and shelf life.
