BLADE CONTACTOR ALUM 200 X 60T 30/20/16 CIRCULAR SAW TCT
Features
- 200 mm diameter blade Provides deep cutting capacity suitable for thicker materials or larger panels of aluminium or light alloy.
- 60-tooth carbide-tipped design Delivers high-finish quality with fewer burrs, ideal for visible surfaces and non-ferrous work.
- 30/20/16 mm bore configuration Multi-fit design enables use across multiple saws, reducing adapter dependencies.
- Contractor Series build quality Professional-grade construction built to withstand frequent trade use and demanding conditions.
- Non-ferrous tooth geometry Specifically optimised for aluminium and light metal cutting, rather than just woodwork.
Benefits
- Cleaner aluminium cuts: High-tooth count and specialist design give smoother edge finishes and less deburring or sanding.
- Reliable performance in trade environments: Contractor-grade build ensures consistent cutting job after job with minimal downtime.
- Broad tool compatibility: With 30/20/16mm bore fitment, this blade is ready for multiple saws without complicated modifications.
- Time-saving finish: Refined initial cuts translate into less edge clean-up and faster workflow on site or in the workshop.
Extra Information
- Ideal for aluminium joiners, metal trim installers, fabrication shops and professionals working with light non-ferrous materials.
- Recommended specifically for aluminium sheets, extrusions, profiles and trims—not designed for primary timber ripping or heavy hardwood work.
- Ensure your circular saw is rated for 200 mm blades and that the arbor/bore size matches one of the 30/20/16 mm options before use.
- To prolong blade life: clear aluminium swarf and oxide build-up after each use, maintain alignment of your saw base and guide, avoid forced feed, and store the blade when not in service.
Pro Tip
- When cutting aluminium panels or profiles, clamp the work securely and use a sacrificial backing board beneath the cut line. Feed steadily and let the blade work — this Contractor Series 60-tooth blade will give you crisp, clean edges that require minimal finishing.

Safety
- Wear eye, ear and metal-chip/oxide dust protection when cutting aluminium to protect against flying chips, oxide particles and noise.
- Turn off and disconnect the saw before mounting or removing the blade.
- Ensure the blade is mounted securely: check the rotation arrow, all flanges and guards are in place, and chip extraction is functioning.
- Maintain good ventilation during non-ferrous cutting — accumulated swarf and oxide layers can cause hazard when hot.
- Allow the blade to reach full speed before entering the cut and wait until it has come to a complete stop before setting the saw aside or changing blades.
