ADAPTOR SDS MAX 300MMXM22 FOR DIAMOND CORE BITS
Features
- SDS-Max shank — fast, positive fit to rotary hammer drills.
- 300 mm length — added reach clears chucks/guards and improves sightlines.
- M22 external thread — suits a wide range of Tork Craft dry-cut diamond core bits.
- Precision-machined interface for concentric running and reduced wobble.
- Heavy-duty steel body for durability on jobsite use.
Benefits
- Reliable coupling: Solid drive from hammer to core for smoother, faster cuts.
- Accuracy: Concentric build helps reduce run-out and edge chipping.
- Versatility: Works across common M22-thread dry diamond cores.
- Productivity: Extended reach makes setup easier around obstacles and fixtures.
Extra Information
- Check your core bit thread before use — most dry cores are M22, some are M16 (use matching adaptor if required).
- For tile/stone cores, run in rotary only (no hammer). For masonry cores, follow the core manufacturer’s guidance.
- If wet drilling is recommended for the core, provide coolant to extend segment life.
Pro Tip
- Before threading on the core, clean and lightly oil the adaptor thread. Hand-snug first, then tighten with the correct spanner flats to prevent loosening mid-cut.
