Extra Information
- Strain coatings before spraying and mix to the correct viscosity—this improves atomisation and reduces blockages.
- Keep the gun parallel to the surface and overlap passes for an even finish.
- Clean the gun thoroughly after use to prevent dried material in the nozzle and air cap.
Pro Tip
- Do a quick pattern test on masking paper: set the fan wide, then adjust fluid until you get an even “cigar-shaped” pattern with no heavy centre band.
