POLISHER SERVICE KIT STATOR (31/32) FOR MY3016-2
Features
- Genuine Tork Craft stator assembly designed for the MY3016-2 stainless pipe polisher motor.
- Matched winding specification to deliver the correct power and speed characteristics.
- Accurate mounting points and insulation for a secure fit inside the original motor housing.
- Engineered for high-load applications typical of stainless pipe and handrail polishing work.
Benefits
- Restore full motor power: a fresh stator helps the machine pull strongly again under load.
- Improved reliability: new windings and insulation reduce overheating and nuisance tripping.
- Extend tool life: replacing a failed stator keeps a good MY3016-2 in service rather than replacing the whole tool.
Extra Information
- Only suitable for the Tork Craft MY3016-2 stainless pipe polisher – always confirm the model number on the rating plate.
- Best fitted during a full motor overhaul alongside checks on the armature, bearings and carbon brushes.
- Use the exploded parts diagram to identify the existing stator components (31 and 32) before removal.
Pro Tip
- When replacing the stator, take the opportunity to clean out dust from the motor housing and air vents. Good airflow and a clean interior help your new stator and armature run cooler, which is especially important on long, hot stainless polishing jobs.
