POLISHER SERVICE KIT ARMATURE (26) FOR MY3016-2
Features
- Genuine Tork Craft armature built for the MY3016-2 stainless pipe polisher.
- Correct shaft and bearing seats to suit the original bearings, housings and gear layout.
- Factory-balanced rotor to minimise vibration and improve running smoothness.
- Quality windings and commutator for reliable electrical performance when installed correctly.
Benefits
- Restore lost power: a fresh armature can bring a weak, noisy or non-starting polisher back into service.
- Smoother operation: correct fit and balance help reduce noise, vibration and heat during use.
- Extend tool life: replacing a failed armature is often far more economical than buying a new MY3016-2.
Extra Information
- Only suitable for the Tork Craft MY3016-2 stainless pipe polisher – always confirm the model number on the rating plate.
- Best replaced as part of a full motor service, together with inspection of bearings, brushes and speed control components.
- Identify the armature as component 26 on the exploded parts diagram before starting disassembly.
Pro Tip
- When fitting a new armature, always install new carbon brushes and check the bearings at the same time. Bedding fresh brushes onto a new commutator, supported by good bearings, helps the repaired motor run cooler and greatly improves the lifespan of the service kit.
