• Wear eye, ear and dust protection when drilling, especially in metal and abrasive materials.
• Ensure the vice is firmly bolted to the drill press table before use – never rely only on hand-holding or friction.

• Keep fingers and loose clothing away from the rotating drill bit and from between the jaws when tightening.
